The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) regulates the processing of personal information in South Africa. This demo is designed to minimise unnecessary collection: its enquiry form does not post information to a website database.
Purpose of processing
Information a client chooses to send to the firm may be used to assess, respond to and administer a legal enquiry, subject to the firm’s professional and legal obligations.
Data minimisation
Only provide information reasonably necessary for an initial enquiry. Highly sensitive documents should be shared through a channel confirmed by the firm.
